If we hung it, we own it. Here's exactly what's covered, for how long, and what to do if something goes wrong.
The baked-on finish on our aluminum gutters is warranted against fade, chalk, and chip for 20 years from the install date. This covers defects in the material itself, manufacturer-direct, and we facilitate the claim on your behalf.
What's covered: color fade exceeding 5 Hunter units, finish blistering, peeling, or cracking under normal exposure.
What's not: damage from impact (a fallen branch, a ladder strike), modifications by other contractors, or finish loss from chemical exposure.
If a seam leaks, a hanger fails, a slope is wrong, or a downspout pulls loose during the first five years, we come back and make it right at no cost. No deductible. No service-call fee.
What's covered: leaks at miters and end caps, hanger pull-out, slope or pitch issues, downspout separation, fascia damage caused by our installation.
What's not: clogs from un-maintained gutters (we'll clean for a fee), damage from un-permitted modifications, or storm damage exceeding the design load.
